Shipping & Handling
Orders are sent out Monday - Friday from our Upland, CA studio, within 1-3 business days.
Carly Lake offers worldwide shipping via USPS (unless the country is currently on USPS restricted list).
Shipping Costs:
$5.00 Shipping on all California destinations.
$8.00 Flate Rate to all US destinations outside of California.
$25.00 Flate Rate International Shipping outside of the US.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
United States: 3-7 days
Everywhere Else: 2-6 weeks
Returns + Exchanges
Returns of items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items with their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of shipment for a refund. We will provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund you receive.
We do not offer store credit or exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to process a return and then make another order through the shop.

Sale items are final sale.
Care of Natural Dyed Art & Goods
The main thing is to keep all artwork or goods out of long periods of direct sunlight. For example, we do not recommend hanging an artwork on a wall that will get direct sunlight hitting it for several hours everyday.
If you feel the need to wash an item, hand wash using cold water and a gentle, pH neutral soap.
All natural dyed fabric has been coated with homemade, organic Soy milk to aid in UV protection and soil resistance.
