My first love in life is drawing. A close second is exploring the biodiversity of the natural world. These passions comingle and inspire my nature-focused paintings, public art, and fiber works colored with natural dyes. I was raised in the San Gabriel Valley near Los Angeles, CA and continue to call this area home. It is a landscape that I am deeply influenced by and ever curious about. My artwork delves into the, often overlooked, stories of the ecology and history intertwined amongst the
Los Angeles urban sprawl.

I specialize in creating vibrant illustrations of plants and animals and have worked with many wonderful environmental organizations to bring their messages to life. Alongside art making, I love to lead workshops on illustration and natural dye techniques with children and adults.

I am available for commissions and collaborations
